Grants

Grants will be considered by the trustees on receipt of a completed application form. Please be sure to provide a means of contacting you in case further information or clarification is required. In general, grants will be allocated twice a year, once in autumn and once in early spring. If there are special needs/considerations, it may be possible to award grants at other times.

Grants for the autumn round must be delivered to the Secretary by September 1, and those in spring by February 1. We will endeavour to inform you of the final result within 30 days. Please note that all decisions made by the trustees are final.

General guidelines

Grants applications should fall into one of the following general categories: Grant money will be paid out after the event in exchange for receipts for expenditure incurred; only in very special cases will this be waived. We will strongly favour any applications for which matching funding from some other body or individual has been obtained.
